Program Details

The Early Career Principal Community of Practice is a national professional learning community for early career principals. It provides a space for principals in their first years on the job to network with colleagues and gain the essential skills of principal leadership.

Join the Early Career Principal Community Meetups

During each Conversations & Connections session, members have the opportunity to present a personal problem of practice, if they so choose, for group discussion. It’s important to note that member privacy is strictly upheld, and discussions are never recorded. The latter portion of each meeting offers members a chance to network, exchange resources, seek support, and celebrate successes within their leadership practices.
