Assistant Principal Community of Practice

Schools and districts need strong assistant principals (APs), who work tirelessly to support student learning and to keep schools running smoothly. NAESP supports APs through networks, custom resources and professional learning opportunities, and recognition programs.

Program Details

The Assistant Principal Community of Practice is a national professional learning community for assistant principals. It provides an online space for assistant principals to network at a national level with each other to ask questions, offer tips, get resources, and find support within a community of practice environment. This opportunity is a benefit reserved for NAESP members.

We are pleased to present two types of meetup activities. The first, a Conversations & Connections session, offers members a platform to connect, exchange insights, seek support, and establish meaningful relationships with fellow assistant principals. The second, Partners in Practice,, entails discussions on professional learning articles focusing on specific topics, providing attendees with actionable insights applicable to their school environments.
