Kris Friesen

My name is Kris Friesen and I am in my 25th year of education.  I am currently a prek-5 principal in York NE.  It is an amazing community of awesome families and students.  I am in my 14th year in administration and truly love coming to my job, every day!  I have a bachelors degree in special education and a master in educational administration.  I have had teaching and coaching experience at the elementary, middle and high school levels.  I have a passion for early childhood education, and serve at the early childhood administrator at York Public Schools.  I am very proud of our comprehensive and high quality early childhood program.  Everyday I get to come to school and serve over 600 students and 150 staff, I am blessed.
