Joy Winchester

Joy Winchester is the Director, Early Childhood Development and Professional Support, Alabama Department of Early Childhood Education. Joy works with challenging student behaviors focusing on building social and emotional skills and using the latest research in neuroscience to support the adults in the child’s life to support the child through their challenging time and also build adult resilience to address burnout and secondary trauma.
