Jessica Lawrence

Jessica Lawrence is Associate, HCM Strategists. As an Associate for HCM’s K-12 team, Jessica is focused on transforming educational systems to be a more equitable and positive environment for students, teachers, and families. Her work includes conducting research and providing content for projects regarding the requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) such as financial transparency, data reporting, and school improvement. As a former elementary teacher in both public and charter schools, she aims to elevate stakeholder voice within the policy space. She is a recent graduate of Georgetown’s Educational Transformation master’s program where she studied advocacy and policy through a social justice lens.
