Duncan Robb

Duncan Robb is the Director of K-12 Policy, HCM Strategists. As a director of HCM’s K-12 team, Duncan leads the firm’s K-12 education policy practice, including work on per-pupil expenditure, accountability, school improvement and capacity building at the state and local levels. Duncan partners with state education agencies and other education policy, advocacy and capacity building organizations to scale critical messages and promising strategies for improving education. Previously, Duncan served as chief policy advisor to Idaho State Superintendent Sherri Ybarra and as an engagement manager at the Washington, D.C.-based Education Delivery Institute. He began his career in education teaching 6th grade math in Houston, Texas as a Teach for America corps member.
