Caitlin Wilson

Caitlin Wilson serves as the Director, Program Improvement and Practice at the American Association for Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE). In this role, she leads AACTE’s Networked Improvement Communities (NICs) related to recruiting more male teachers of color into the profession and addressing the special education teacher shortage. Wilson also leads programming related to teacher performance assessments, principal preparation, and supports various initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
