Mr. Poland earned a bachelors degree from The University of Toledo in Toledo, and his masters degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is an avid college football fan of his alma maters, and his number one college football team since birth has been The Ohio State Buckeyes, Go Bucks! Mr. Poland has been in Las Vegas, NV, for over 20 years and is proud to serve the Silver State of Nevada as the State Rep. for NAESP. Mr. Poland is grateful to the NAESP organization as it continues to strengthen the bonds of mentoring relationships and friendships in educational leadership and support throughout the world.
