The Reflective Principal: Focus on Student Assets, Not Deficits

However, with state accountability pressures to increase student achievement, it is easy for us to lose sight of why we do what we do. I, too, fell prey to succumbing to the pressures of today’s school environment, until an “aha moment” renewed my sense of purpose and pride in the work I do.
