As part of its work with the NAESP National Task Force on Race and Equity and in partnership with Project Implicit®, NAESP recently disseminated a customized Implicit Association Test focused on racial bias in schools.
In addition to helping you identify race biases and grow as a leader, the anonymized results can help NAESP shape professional development and resources in order to strengthen the profession at large.
