Mentor Recertification Training

NAESP National Mentor Certification is valid for a period of three years and can then be renewed through participation in a recertification training. This three-hour virtual event is focused on updating knowledge and deepening mentoring and coaching skills based upon current research, the guiding framework Leading Learning Communities: Pillars, Practices, and Priorities for Effective Principals, and NAESP’s Mentor Competencies.
