Early Career Principal Community of Practice

Schools and districts need strong early career principals, who work tirelessly to support student learning and to keep schools running smoothly.

Program Details

The Early Career Principal Community of Practice is a national professional learning community for early career principals. It provides a space for principals in their first years on the job to network with colleagues and gain the essential skills of principal leadership.

Join the Early Career Principal Community Meetups

During each Conversations & Connections session, members have the opportunity to present a personal problem of practice, if they so choose, for group discussion. It’s important to note that member privacy is strictly upheld, and discussions are never recorded. The latter portion of each meeting offers members a chance to network, exchange resources, seek support, and celebrate successes within their leadership practices. To participate, register using the form below or contact Honor Fede, Director of Professional Learning, at hfede@naesp.org.

The 2023-2024 meeting dates have ended. Check back soon for our new schedule!
