Projects

“Toy Drive”

Student Council held a student-led community service initiative aimed at providing comfort and security to children in need by collecting stuffed, soft, and cozy toys for the Charlotte Toys for Tots organization. The project demonstrated a strong sense of empathy and social responsibility as the student council identified the emotional needs of children beyond the holiday season. The project not only met its goal of gathering donations but also fostered a spirit of compassion, teamwork, and civic engagement.     

“Sneaker Dance Party”

The Sneaker Dance Party encourages fourth and fifth grade students to express their individuality by wearing unique, colorful or creative sneakers while participating in a lively dance event. Beyond fostering school spirit and promoting physical activity, the project serves a greater purpose by raising at least $300 to support school initiatives and student council projects.
