Why do you think student leadership development is important for all students?

I believe student leadership development is important for all students because leaders are always considering the team. It is important to develop leadership in all students to make them aware that they can each make a difference and should always be looking for opportunities to help others, which is true servant leadership. Our student council demonstrated student leadership by collecting food for Ozark Share and Care and by holding up encouraging signs before Thanksgiving Break. Serving others and sharing goodwill are both important in helping the team, whether that team is your community at large or your local school.
