As a way to improve upon our Veteran’s Day assembly student council members sold flags to raise money for DAV and to honor those who served

“Soup-er Bowl Food Drive”

Student council members wanted to help stock the local food pantry after the holidays. They decided to have a competition amongst homerooms to see which homeroom in each grade could bring in the most items.

“Winter In-formal Dance”

An evening dance/social for all three grades. Most dances are for 7th & 8th grade only. We wanted to provide an opportunity for our 6th grade students to participate and connect with the 7th & 8th grade students         

“Spirit Cents”

Our student council president and treasurer created a website where the teachers could track those students who participated in different student council activities. The website had a Leaderboard, where the student body could see their ranking and the ranking of the top students. Students names listed were only their first names and first initial of their last names.
