Legal Matters: Combating Cyberbullying

Cyberbullying doesn’t necessarily occur in school hallways; it often occurs off school property entirely. Thus, one of the most challenging tasks for the modern school administrator is to police cyberbullying that occurs outside of school while not infringing on students’ privacy rights.
