The Center uses the NAESP publication, A Principals Guide to Early Learning and the Early Grades (Pre-K–3rd Grade) as a framework, that provides information on child development, high-quality instructional practices, and family/community partnerships that support young learners.

The Center provides a forum for in-depth discussion that enables principals to put in place systems to develop the people necessary to achieve a strong Pre-K–3rd grade vision.
