Program Details
The NAESP LGBTQIA+ Network is a supportive and inclusive community for principals, assistant principals, deans, and aspiring school leaders who identify as LGBTQIA+. This network provides a safe and affirming space to connect with colleagues, share lived experiences, and address the unique challenges of leading as LGBTQIA+ educators. Through open dialogue, peer support, and the exchange of strategies, members gain tools to strengthen their leadership, foster equity in schools, and build a national community grounded in authenticity and belonging.
