NAESP Statement on the U.S. Supreme Court Ruling on the Constitutionality of the Universal Service Fund
The 6-3 ruling means future students will be able to access high-speed online access at school.

“We are gratified the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld the constitutionality of the funding mechanism Congress created for the Universal Service Fund,” said L. Thanks to today’s court decision, future students will be able to enjoy high-speed online access at school that benefits their teaching and learning.”
