The first step towards becoming a NAESP Certified Mentor is completion of a Leadership Immersion Institute training.

Please note that participation in a Leadership Immersion Institute requires a prerequisite activity, the Top 5 CliftonStrengths assessment, which can be purchased from Gallup.
