This webinar will provide an overview of NAESP’s newly released and updated Leading Learning Communities: A Principal’s Guide to Early Learning and the Early Grades (Pre-K—3rd Grade). This guide is intended to encourage elementary principals to deepen their own knowledge and skills related to Pre-K-3rd grade, and to provide specific guidance for principals to become more effective leaders on behalf of young children.
Participants will:
- Review the six competencies for effective principal practice for Pre-K–3rd Grade.
- Explore specific suggestions for principals to become more effective and visible leaders on behalf of young children.
- Describe the work of the NAESP Pre-K–3 Leadership Academy.
