I have been a member of NAESP since I became a principal 11 years ago. NAESP has connected me to outstanding principals throughout the country. Through collaboration and connectivity, I have become a better leader. It's great learning from colleagues in other parts of the country who are experiencing similar issues and discussing innovative solutions to these issues. I also value the advocacy that NAESP provides principals at the national level, giving us a voice on important education policies.
