This workshop is designed for elementary school site leaders who are seeking to strengthen the effectiveness of their instruction, programs, services and school climate for English Language Learner students with a focus on the Preschool through primary grade years. In this training participants will:

- Focus on four key principles to guide your work as school leaders in strengthening the quality and effectiveness of pre-k–3 instruction and services for English learners.
- Sharpen your lens for recognizing and supporting effective early language and literacy instruction.
- Gain tools and learn about resources for leading school improvement focused on English learners including creating assets-based and student responsive schools, ensuring meaningful access to the curriculum and achieving powerful language outcomes.
