Implicit Racial Bias Test Improves Your Practice

As part of its work with the NAESP National Task Force on Race and Equity and in partnership with Project Implicit®, NAESP recently disseminated a customized Implicit Association Test focused on racial bias in schools.

In addition to helping you identify race biases and grow as a leader, the anonymized results can help NAESP shape professional development and resources in order to strengthen the profession at large.

We encourage you to take the assessment using the link below. The test is mobile-friendly and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The assessment deadline has been extended to Dec. 2.
