2021 NAESP Foundation Online Auction

We appreciate your support of the NAESP Foundation. Please complete the form below to make an item donation to the 2021 NAESP Foundation Online Auction and submit to NAESP by June 22, 2021. The virtual auction will open for bidding on July 7, 2021 and close on July 12, 2021.

  • Be sure to include the item’s value, a detailed description, and a photo. Since the auction is online only, photos are essential for bidders to view the item.
  • After submitting the form, please mail your item to NAESP, Attn: Jennifer Shannon. Once the item is received, we will e-mail a receipt to the contact provided below for your tax purposes (all donations are tax-deductible).
  • Don’t forget to upload your Association’s logo so it can be featured on the auction site.

  • The name as you would like it to appear in the online catalog.
  • Please provide a very detailed description. This section should include all the information a prospective bidder would need to know, such as specifications, dimensions, manufacturer, how long a time period, etc. It should also include any shipping considerations or added fees.
  • This should be the retail value of the item or best fair market price.
  • Please provide any special instructions, limitations, restrictions or key notes related to the item.
  • Upload a photo (.jpg, .png, or .gif at 300 pixels x 300 pixels)
  • Upload your logo (.jpg, .png, or .gif at 300 pixels x 300 pixels). This will be added to the auction page.
