NAESP Webinar: Adult Bullying: When a Bad Apple Spoils the Workplace

Title: Adult Bullying: When a Bad Apple Spoils the Workplace

Description:  Adults can be bullies and when bullying enters the workplace, the results are demoralizing. Unlike the bullies from childhood, who typically target the vulnerable, adult bullies tend to select the most competent employees as targets.  Learn how workplace bullying impacts the health of individuals as well as the climate of the school as a whole. This session will include information on how to identify specific behaviors, both those that are and those that are not linked to bullying. Other topics include an examination of the research done in the US and other nations on this phenomenon, and district and state laws and policies that can be employed by school personnel.
