The Sharing the Dream grant program began in 2004 after the annual MetLife Survey of the American Teacher revealed a significant disconnect between the ways in which principals and other members of the school community view their schools and relationships with one another. As Sharing the Dream enters a new decade, principals are being asked to define community in broader ways that can build global awareness. More

NAESP Foundation partners with three other national organizations on a Breakfast in the Classroom initiative. We believe that principals, working with teachers, school food services and custodial staff, students, and families are in the best position to reduce childhood hunger in our nation’s schools.

 


Additional Grant Opportunities


 

The NAESP Foundation and Hazelden, in partnership with Clemson University, present a bullying prevention online course for school principals. This three-hour course gives up-to-date information about bullying, cyber bullying, and best practices in implementing bullying prevention programming. More
