Conventions and seminars—Annual convention, conferences and workshops, the highly acclaimed Summer Institute, and online seminars feature practical information for principals at all levels of experience on a wide variety of “must-know” topics. Members’ Marketplace—The go-to online site that enables principals to purchase products that celebrate their affiliation with NAESP and declare their pride in the principalship, as part of NAESP’s Proud to Be a Principal initiative.
Student Recognition—NAESP, as co-sponsor of the American Student Council Association program, provides principals with incentives and recognition products to reward student leadership; members only are eligible to participate in the national ASCA honors program. NAESP members can also participate in the National Elementary Honor Society to recognize and reward student academic excellence.

Ten-Year Study—Hallmark study paints a comprehensive picture of the principalship; reports on current and longitudinal data, issues, and trends that affect the profession.
Yareka—A “network of networks” that combines the best resources from a host of sources in a wide range of formats, including reports, articles, webcasts, blogs, podcasts, curriculum materials, e-books, games, simulations, tests, and surveys.
Principals’ Salaries, 2008-2009—Keep track of where your salary stacks up with your peers nationwide in this survey, conducted by Educational Research Service and published in Principal magazine.
Survey on Recess—NAESP partnered with Gallup and Fenton Communications to survey elementary principals about the impact of recess on instruction. Results focus on such issues as school climate, conflict and discipline, recess behavior and supervision, and rewards and punishments.
Reports and Areas of Study—Timely research and reports about elementary and middle-level education from a wide range of sources, organized in easy-to-use categories, including measuring academic performance, school curricula, schools and school districts, education policy, and after school initiatives.
