Professional liability reimbursement of up to $1,000,000 per individual of damage/settlement costs for eligible civil suit claims, with additional reasonable defense outside the limits of the policy. This means reimbursement for legal services in defense of eligible civil suits may greatly exceed previous limitations.

Job-Protection-Related Assistance
Reimbursement up to $10,000 based on continuous years of membership (following a $500 deductible, accruing at $1,000 for each year of continuous membership) for eligible job-protection-related legal claims.

By keeping your membership current, you ensure that you are protected. Each year that you are an NAESP member, you accrue more job-protection-related coverage up to $10,000.

How the Legal Benefits Program Works
NAESP's Legal Benefits Program is simple. All other insurance policies, such as your school district's policies or your state professional association's plan, shall always be primary to NAESP's plan.
