Calling All Aspiring Children’s Book Authors

Submit a manuscript now for the National Children’s Book of the Year Award Contest, sponsored by the NAESP Foundation. This national contest is open to anyone who wishes to be a published author. 

Prospective authors are invited to submit a picture book or chapter book for children ages 3-16 by March 15, 2013. Two winning books will be published with Charlesbridge Publishing. Download an entry form here.

Take a peek at last year’s winners, The Young Healer by Frank N. McMillan III, and Excuse Me, I’m Trying to Read by Mary Jo Amani, available in the NPRC Bookstore.
